Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase from aestheticlabs.co as a customer in the United States or Canada. By placing an order you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, please do not order from us.
Research use only
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, or any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic or veterinary use. No statement made on this site has been evaluated by any regulatory authority.
Who may order
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you may lawfully purchase and possess these products where you live, that you are buying them solely for legitimate laboratory research, and that you understand the properties and hazards of the compounds you are ordering.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, for storing, handling, transporting and disposing of these materials safely, and for checking that a product may lawfully be imported into your country before you order it. We make no representation about the legal status of any product in any particular jurisdiction.
No medical advice
Anything we publish — product pages, documentation, articles, support replies — is for information only. It is not medical or healthcare advice, and it is not a treatment recommendation, a dosing recommendation or clinical guidance. We do not provide instructions for human or animal use, and we cannot answer questions of that kind.
Product information
We work to keep our product information accurate, but descriptions are provided as they stand, specifications may change without notice, images are illustrative, and availability is not guaranteed.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse service, reject or cancel an order, or limit the quantity available to a single customer. We will cancel an order where we suspect fraud, misuse, or an intended use other than research.
Payment
We must receive payment in full before an order ships. You are responsible for giving us accurate billing details and for any taxes, duties, customs fees and import charges that apply to your order. Fraudulent disputes or unauthorised payment reversals may result in the closure of your account and in recovery action.
Shipping and delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for customs delays, import seizures, carrier delays, government action, or packages lost because an address was entered incorrectly. Risk of loss passes to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final unless the law requires otherwise, and opened products cannot be returned. Tell us about a damaged shipment within 48 hours of delivery, and about a missing item within 7 days of delivery, so that we can put it right. Our Refund Policy sets out the detail.
Analytical documentation
Where we publish a Certificate of Analysis, third-party test report or purity data, it is provided for information. It describes the batch it was drawn from; it is not a warranty that a batch is suitable for any particular research application.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers or partners are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for personal injury or property damage, or for economic loss arising out of the purchase, possession, storage, handling or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or legal fee arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, your breach of any applicable law, or a third-party claim relating to products you bought from us.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — our logo, product photography, text, graphics, branding and software — belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
Prohibited uses
You may not administer our products to humans or animals, resell them in breach of applicable law, present them as approved medicines, use this site for any fraudulent purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version always appears on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
