This policy explains what we do with personal information when you buy from aestheticlabs.co as a customer in the United States or Canada. It covers this store only; our European store publishes its own policy.

What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name and company name, your billing and shipping address, your email address and phone number, and the transaction details we need to take payment. We never see or store your full card number — that is handled by our payment processor. We also collect ordinary website usage data through cookies and analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information to take and fulfil your order, to ship it and keep you updated, to answer your questions, to detect and prevent fraud, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Where you have asked to hear from us, we also use your email address to send you news about products and offers.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with the companies that help us run the business: our fulfilment provider, the carriers who deliver your order (in the United States and Canada, typically USPS and UPS), our payment processor, and the IT and analytics providers behind the site. They are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months.
How long we keep it
We keep invoice and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally three to five years. Order and delivery records are kept for up to twenty-four months. If you have opted in to marketing, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email we send.
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA also gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights. If you live in Canada, PIPEDA gives you the right to access and correct your information and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@aestheticlabs.co from the address on your order. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorised agent, and we will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, to measure how it is used, and — where you have agreed — for marketing. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you block them entirely.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
