1 Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, our team gets to work quickly so your materials arrive without delay.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Temperature-sensitive items are prepared and packed to preserve stability in transit.
2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express delivery options; the exact fee is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery windows are estimates that begin once the order leaves our facility, not from the time the order is placed. Carrier delays, customs, and remote destinations may extend these times.
3 Tracking Your Order
Every shipment is fully tracked from door to door.
- A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your label is created.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear after dispatch.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
4 Discreet & Secure Packaging
Your privacy is standard, not an add-on.
- All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the exterior.
- Products are sealed and protected to maintain integrity during transit.
- Temperature-sensitive materials are packed with appropriate protective packaging.
5 Canadian Orders & Customs & Customs
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Canadian orders cross the border, so the notes below apply to them.
- The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the items are legal to import in their country.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
- Customs clearance can add several days to delivery, which is outside of our control.
- If a parcel is refused, seized, or returned by customs, please see our lost/undeliverable terms below.
6 Lost, Delayed & Damaged Shipments
If something goes wrong in transit, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement for the affected items.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, we’ll investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments are re-shipped.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped once re-delivery costs are covered.
A note on returns
Because our products are research materials, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or accept opened items back into inventory. Our support above covers damaged, lost, and misdelivered orders so you’re never out of pocket for a shipping failure.
