Delivery regions
Aesthetic Labs dispatches across All seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Delivery charges by emirate
The minimum order is AED 150 merchandise subtotal before discount, delivery, and VAT. Dubai: AED 25 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Abu Dhabi: AED 35 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Sharjah: AED 30 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Ajman: AED 30 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Umm Al Quwain: AED 40 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Ras Al Khaimah: AED 45 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500); Fujairah: AED 50 (free when post-discount subtotal ≥ AED 500). Final fees are calculated at checkout based on emirate and post-discount subtotal. Fees and any express options are shown before payment.
Processing and cut-off times
Orders are processed on UAE business days (Sunday–Thursday). Typical dispatch: 1–3 UAE business days (Sunday–Thursday). Same-day delivery (when enabled): orders placed before 12:00 GST on UAE business days. Next-day delivery: orders placed before 16:00 GST on UAE business days. Cut-offs are indicative and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Courier identity
Licensed UAE last-mile courier partners. Courier name and tracking reference are provided on dispatch confirmation when assigned.
Same-day, next-day, and standard eligibility
Service levels offered at checkout depend on emirate, stock, and admin settings. Same-day and next-day services are available only where shown at checkout and confirmed on your order. Standard delivery typically completes within 4 UAE business days after dispatch. Next-day targets 1 UAE business day after dispatch after dispatch.
Recipient, signature, and unattended delivery
Deliveries require a reachable recipient at the address provided. Signature or carrier proof-of-delivery may be required. Temperature-sensitive research materials are not left unattended at doorsteps or building entrances without explicit written authorisation recorded on the order.
Packaging by product category
Lyophilized peptides and blends: Sealed vial inside protective rigid mailer; optional insulated liner and gel packs for UAE ambient conditions — not a validated end-to-end cold chain. Liquid diluents: Sealed vial in rigid protective packaging; upright orientation where practicable.. Blends: Same as lyophilized peptides; component ratios listed on label.. Follow product storage labels immediately on receipt.
Maximum expected transit period
Standard service: up to 4 UAE business days after dispatch after dispatch. Next-day service: up to 1 UAE business day after dispatch. Public holidays and remote areas may extend transit. Tracking references are provided when the carrier supplies them.
Temperature excursion reporting
We use insulated packaging and gel packs where appropriate for UAE ambient conditions. We do not represent a validated end-to-end cold chain unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific contracted service. Report suspected transit temperature excursions within 48 hours of delivery with photos of outer packaging, insulation, and labels.
Inspection on delivery
Inspect outer packaging on delivery. Note visible damage with the courier where possible. Open and inspect contents promptly under your laboratory receiving procedures. Report shortages, damage, or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Failed deliveries and address errors
Incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or refused deliveries may incur redelivery delays or additional fees. Contact support@aestheticlabs.co promptly with your order reference.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows no delivery or the carrier confirms loss, contact support@aestheticlabs.co. We trace carrier and warehouse records. Verified losses are handled under our Refund Policy.
Weekends and public holidays
UAE weekends (Friday–Saturday) and public holidays may extend processing and transit times.
